Apartment in a traditional Savoyard farmhouse, located on a hillside leading toward the Col de la Colombière.
Come enjoy the peace and quiet of this place to recharge your batteries surrounded by nature, and savor the owners’ famous farm-fresh Reblochon cheese.
In the summer, the Frasses mountain pasture offers access to hiking trails right from the farm.
In winter, take in the snow-covered surroundings. The apartment is halfway between the village’s ski area and Chalet Neuf. An experience to enjoy with the whole family.

You can park at the base of the building in a gravel parking lot, which is fairly level.
To reach the apartment, you must then climb a 18-centimeter-high step (without a handrail), followed by two steps measuring 17 and 20 centimeters (with rubber mats featuring holes larger than 2 centimeters in front of these steps). There is then one more step before the entrance, which is 13 cm high.
The front door is 83 cm wide and has a 2 cm threshold.
Once inside, the apartment is entirely on one level with no thresholds or steps.
You enter through a 92-cm-wide entryway/hallway. This hallway leads to the living room and kitchen area, and then to another hallway leading to the bedrooms and the bathroom/toilet.
The kitchen area has cabinets that are 90 cm high.
In the same room is the TV area with a non-convertible sofa.
A 95 cm wide hallway then provides access to the bedrooms and the bathroom/toilet.
The doors to these three rooms are 80 cm wide.
In both bedrooms, the rooms can be darkened using simple curtains.
One of the bedrooms contains a bunk bed, with the bottom bunk at a height of 40 cm.
The second bedroom features a 140-cm double bed that is 48 cm high.
Please note that the clearance on either side of this bed is 78 cm. Additionally, it is difficult to move the bed (see layout in photos).
The bathroom is laid out as follows:
- a toilet with a height of 43 cm
- a shower with a 13-cm step, measuring 90 x 83 cm, with a 62-cm entrance. Upon request, a booster seat can be installed in the shower for sitting. The bathroom sink is 83 cm high.
