 ICE RUISSELING

Ice ruisseling and water ruisseling are two brand new fun activities. Water ruisseling involves climbing up a waterway with your feet in the water to discover the aquatic environment. Ice ruisseling is its winter equivalent: climbing up frozen waterways, walking with studded shoes across the ice and admiring the water running just below you. In both summer and winter, you must be adequately equipped (studded shoes, helmet, etc.) and accompanied by a qualified mountain guide.
