It is located on the outskirts of the village of Le Reposoir, on the way to the Col de Romme.

You can park your car 5 meters from the entrance to the cottage on a gravel surface. The parking area is cleared of snow in the winter, so there are normally no issues with access.
There are then two steps to climb to enter the cabin. One step is 22 cm high and the other is 20 cm high. The door is 69 cm wide.
The ground floor is laid out as follows:
- An entryway with a clear path width of 90 cm. This hallway leads to all the rooms.
- A living room that opens onto the open-concept kitchen. In the living room, a recliner provides lifting assistance. The kitchen table has a countertop height of 75 cm and measures 84 x 160 cm. The doorway leading to the kitchen is 70 cm wide. The kitchen countertop is 86 cm high.
- A toilet with a door that is 60 cm wide and a toilet bowl height of 40 cm.
- A bathroom with a door 70 cm wide. The bathroom features a bathtub with a depth of 51 cm and no lowered step. Upon request, a booster seat can be installed in the shower for sitting. The sink is 85 cm high.
- A double bedroom with a 2-cm threshold. The door is 70 cm wide. The bed is 55 cm high. The room can be darkened using manual curtains or traditional wooden shutters.
- A balcony accessed through a 116 cm wide glass door. To exit, there is a 3-cm step to navigate, and from the outside, there are steps of 6 cm and then 2 cm to navigate. From the balcony, the garden is accessible via 4 steps.
The chalet has a finished basement suitable for living. It is accessed via a spiral staircase with 16 steps, each 17 cm high. A handrail is present but does not run the entire length of the staircase. A safety gate is located at the top of the staircase; it closes with a small latch.
All basement doors are 70 cm wide. The basement is at ground level with no threshold or steps. The layout is centered around a common hallway, with rooms arranged around it.
The basement is laid out as follows:
- A double bedroom with a bed that is 60 cm high. The room can be darkened using manual curtains or traditional wooden shutters.
- A bedroom with two single beds that can be converted into a room with three single beds. The beds are 45 cm high. The room can be darkened using manual curtains or traditional wooden shutters.
- A bathroom equipped with a shower. The shower entrance is 74 cm wide. The shower measures 75 x 75 cm and has a 26 cm step to step over to enter. Upon request, a booster seat can be installed in the shower for sitting. The sink is 86 cm high.
- A toilet that is 42 cm high.
- A utility room where the washing machine is located.
A garage is also available for tenants. It is located on the ground floor, and there is one step to climb to enter it.

There is a single glass door separating the living room from the balcony. This door does not have a high-contrast sticker, but the window panes are small and separated by wood (see photos).
The apartment does not have particularly high contrast and is primarily made of wood.
Service dogs are allowed.
There is no motion-sensor light outside. The outdoor walkway can be illuminated using a lamp with a switch located inside.
Please note: on the balcony, the exposed structural framework poses a risk of obstacles at head height.

The property is located on the outskirts of the village along a road with little traffic, but where cars tend to drive fairly fast. The yard is not fenced.
The restrooms and both bathrooms are locked with simple twist latches. Both double bedrooms are lockable.
The thermostats for the shower and bathtub in the cottage are easy to use.
