Beautiful 65 m² apartment in a chalet in the heart of the village, fully renovated, featuring two charming en-suite bedrooms and additional sleeping space on a mezzanine. It is ideally located: a 1-minute walk from the Tourist Office and Place de l’Ambiance, and a 6-minute walk from the gondola giving you access to the mountain tops and ski slopes in winter.

The chalet offers a private garden of around 600 m² shared by all co-residents. Don’t hesitate to relax in the grass and fill your lungs with fresh mountain air!
The apartment is located on the ground floor, on the south-facing garden side, and has a lovely 15 m² private terrace where you can enjoy your meals while safely watching your children play outside.

The apartment is flooded with natural light thanks to its 10-metre-long bay windows offering stunning views. With its double exposure to the south and west, you can admire the sunset over the Aravis mountains.

Our apartment has been completely renovated in the spirit of a traditional mountain chalet, using high-quality and contemporary materials. 65 m² of pure happiness, with plenty of storage space — you’ll feel right at home.

- €500 security deposit to be paid along with the balance
- 25% deposit at booking
- Balance due 30 days before arrival
- End-of-stay cleaning: €99 (to be paid with the balance)
- Optional: household linen and/or bed sheets (on request)
