Parking is available at the base of the building.
The entrance is through a glass door that is 80 cm wide with a 3 cm threshold. Please note that the building’s entrance has a rubber mat with holes larger than 2 cm.
Apartment 202: The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the building. To reach it, you must climb 34 spiral steps, each 17 cm high, with no handrail.
Once you reach the floor, there are no thresholds or steps.
The apartment’s front door is 90 cm wide.
The apartment is laid out as follows:
- A bathroom (accessible from the bedroom): The bathroom door is 60 cm wide. The sink is 80 cm high. The bathtub is 45 cm high. Its dimensions are 57 x 140 cm, with a depth of 38 cm. Upon request, an auxiliary seat can be installed in the bathtub to allow for sitting.
- A restroom: The door is 60 cm wide, and the toilet is 40 cm high.
- A double bedroom: The door is 78 cm wide. The bed is 47 cm high. The room can be darkened using simple manual wooden shutters and curtains.
- The kitchen and living room: access is via an 80-centimeter-wide passageway. The countertop is 86 centimeters high, and the table is 76 centimeters high (measured from the underside of the tabletop). The sofa bed is 40 centimeters high.
The hallway through the living room provides access to the bedroom and the bathroom. The pathway to these rooms is 80 cm wide.
- A balcony accessible from the living room via a 50 cm wide pathway. The balcony door is 120 cm wide, with a 5 cm step on the inside and a 10 cm step on the outside.

The apartment is located in a small building at the intersection of two roads that see fairly heavy traffic year-round. The property is not fenced in.
The bathrooms and toilets lock with a simple twist latch. The bathtub faucets are easy to use (except in Apartment 101, where the faucet is thermostatic).
Apartment 202: The bedroom door does not lock.
There are no accessible signage symbols.
