Nestled in the heart of a forest, facing the treetops: a 44m² cottage on the ground floor of a spacious, luxury chalet located in a natural setting, far from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Here, there are no neighbors or busy roads: only the birdsong and the soothing scent of the undergrowth.

The accommodation is arranged on a single level and has its own independent entrance.
The cottage is composed as follows: a separate living room (TV, sofa), fitted kitchen with dining area, bedroom (1 double bed 140x190), bathroom with shower and toilet.
For your comfort, everything is included: sheets and bed linen (bed made), towels, and end-of-stay cleaning. Wi-Fi.
Private terrace area with a forest table, barbecue, and deckchairs, plus a covered relaxation lounge. Private parking space.
The ceiling height of the accommodation is 2 meters. The upper part of the chalet is occupied by the owners. The last 300 meters of access to the gîte are via a flat forest road (snow removal provided in winter).
The gîte is maintained and cleaned with natural products.
Maximum occupancy: 3 people (with the owner's consent).

Hiking trails start on site all year round. All shops are located in Thyez, 6 km away (10 minutes by car).
In winter, the Grand-Massif ski area is 14 km away via Morillon.
Chamonix-Mont-Blanc is a 45-minute drive away, and Annecy, Geneva, and Lake Geneva are 1 hour away.
