This 83m² holiday cottage is located on the ground floor of a luxury chalet-style residence, just 350m from the center of Les Carroz.

You'll appreciate the peace and quiet and the prime location, allowing you to fully enjoy your holiday without needing your car, thanks to the many activities offered by the Les Carroz resort during the season.
The apartment is accessible by elevator from the covered parking space.

The cottage is laid out as follows:
Open-plan fitted kitchen/living/dining area (dining area, lounge area with TV), bedroom 1 (1 queen-size bed, ensuite bathroom with bathtub and toilet), bedroom 2 (2 single beds that can be joined together), bedroom 3 (2 single beds that can be joined together), shower room, separate toilet. Wi-Fi internet access.

Garden, terrace with garden furniture, spa (optional), and fire pit.

Everything is included: bed linens, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning.

Private parking space in a secure garage. Reinforced charging point for your electric vehicle (extra charge).
If you have a second vehicle, parking is available within the building complex (otherwise, you can park in the resort's free parking lot). Private ski locker equipped with a boot dryer, bicycle parking.

Bardelle toboggan run 50m away in winter. Ski bus stop 20m away (line B): connection to the Kedeuze gondola (located 900m from the residence), or connection to the Molliets ski area.
Figaro magic carpet lift 650m away (9-minute walk): access to the gondola, PiouPiou children's area, and ski school meeting point.

Chamonix is a 45-minute drive away, Annecy about an hour away. The Sixt-Fer-à-Cheval nature reserve is also 45 minutes away.
