A cozy cottage nestled in the heart of a quiet, unspoiled mountain hamlet at an altitude of 950m.
Close to a small, family-friendly ski resort in winter. Numerous hiking trails available year-round. Wi-Fi and linens included.

In the heart of the village of Mont-Saxonnex: a 70m² gîte (holiday cottage) located on the ground floor of a beautiful, south-facing, chalet-style village house, just 200m from the village center and its shops.

The gîte has its own private entrance (only 3 steps from the parking area).
The upper floor of the house is occupied by the owners.

The gîte is laid out as follows:

- Living room with open-plan fitted kitchen (dining area, lounge area with TV and sofa)
- Bedroom 1 (1 double bed 140x190cm)
- Bedroom 2 (1 double bed 140x190cm + 1 single bunk bed 90x190cm)
- Bathroom (bathtub with shower, toilet)
- Separate toilet with washbasin
- South-facing terrace (entrance side): table and chairs, parasol, deck chairs, ski locker + north-facing balcony/terrace.

Bed linen is included (bed made upon arrival). Wi-Fi internet access.

Private parking in front of the cottage.

Local shops 200m away: grocery store, restaurant, Tourist Office. Bakery 900m away.
In winter: the small, family-friendly resort of Mont-Saxonnex, 2.5km away: nestled among the fir trees, offering a beautiful panorama of the Jura Mountains and the Mont Blanc range.
Large ski areas 40 minutes away (Morillon - Grand Massif ski area).
Numerous hikes in the area year-round: Lac Bénit, Plateau de Solaison, Col de Cenise…
For cycling enthusiasts, the Route des Grandes Alpes is nearby: Col de la Colombière, Col de Romme.
The Saint-Gervais thermal baths are 35 minutes away. Annecy and Chamonix are approximately 50 minutes away.

In winter: the small family-friendly resort of Mont-Saxonnex is 2.5km away. All shops in Cluses/Scionzier, approximately 15 minutes away.
