La Balmette is an ancient and majestic house, situated on a hill in the village of Reposoir, which was part of the Chartreux estate listed among religious properties during the French Revolution.
Some rooms and balconies overlook the mountains, which look different every day and are breathtaking. The Pointe de Percée is particularly stunning.
The 482 m² chalet, recently renovated after a fire in 2015, offers comfort and modern amenities while retaining the atmosphere of a wooden mountain retreat. The rooms, a large kitchen, dining room, and attic bedroom with large windows and a beautiful view are perfect for relaxing (a chapel is available for everyone’s use). You can dine outdoors while admiring the Alps. Morning coffee is especially charming and peaceful. In the evening, you can relax by the fireplace and gaze at the stars.
