Description
Initiation to climbing. Discovery and use of all the necessary equipment to practice the activity.
Use of climbing equipment, tie-in knot, belay of the climber, quickdraws, carabiner, belay system, progress in moulinette (second) and head (first rope), improvement of the climbing gestures, foot laying, balance, weight transfer, placement, pace, abseiling.
