Anne Verborg is the author of "Beau & bon", published by Sobriété heureuse. "Beau & bon" is much more than a recipe book. It also includes botanical illustrations, ecological fables and medicinal plant fact sheets. It's a book that smells of the simplicity of happy days, of a longer, slower time.
