Mégothon 2025 with HOPIKA

Description

The Mégothon is a mega-NATIONAL cigarette butt collection to unite, mobilize, and raise awareness among as many people as possible about the dramatic environmental impacts of this waste! Participants are encouraged to collect as many cigarette butts as possible from the ground.
As part of the "Zero Cigarette Butts on the Ground in Cluses" initiative, in partnership with the municipality, HOPIKA is once again offering the free Mégothon in Cluses, with a meeting starting at 2 p.m. at Place Charles de Gaulle. Collection is available until 5 p.m. The association provides the necessary equipment for the event (gloves, vests, trash bags, and cigarette butt containers). After the collection, each local event organizer submits their collection report to the national organization. Because a single cigarette butt pollutes 500 liters of water and is the most polluting waste on our planet, ALL TOGETHER, FELLOW CITIZENS!
