50 years of the municipal music school of Scionzier

Join us on May 17th to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Scionzier Municipal Music School.
Ten years ago, we celebrated the 40th anniversary of our Municipal Music School with 70s rock. Barely time to catch our breath (no pun intended!), and here we are again on the cusp of the big rush toward the Saturday, May 17, 2025, evening, which will mark its 50th anniversary! In life, as in music, you have to find your "tempo" to move forward every day. This life, where some have time while others have watches, and this "music" is, for many of us, the best way to digest time. As you will have understood, the common thread of this concert evening will be the passing of time... quickly, very quickly, ...too quickly... You will find our "Masters of Time" around four different musical tableaux: ° From 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., the students of the "Music" Center. ° From approximately 6:45 p.m. to 7:15 p.m., the Big 16 and its members from the "Jazz" Center. ° A short break will be held around 7:15 p.m., with a birthday cake and a friendly drink. ° Around 8:15 p.m., the annual concert of the Municipal Harmony of Scionzier will be held, during which you will enjoy a "Best-of" of their songs. ° And finally, it's time to party and dance until midnight with DJ Scott and his legendary hits from the 80s.
